The facility was well designed, location was in the middle of Peachtree Street midtown. The staff were friendly and respectful, once I completed my paperwork, I was called to receive x-rays and a review of my e-rays with the doctor. He and his assistant explained in detail what needed work and how it would be performed in the VA agreed to move forward with the procedure. The assistant and doctor listen to me and ensure I understand what the procedure and I want to do the right things. The entire process from checking in until I departed was an awesome experience...
My first time at this facility went great. Staff is very friendly and professional. It's in a very central location in Midtown and I know that they really do care about providing an effective and gentle procedure for their clients. The staff here will work as much as possible with their clients to make sure they get the treatment they need and have various options they can workout to help with costs or payments. The quality of the care and treatment is excellent here. The staff that receives you is more than happy to explain everything they do during the procedure from beginning to end.
I just finished all my required dental work for this year 2023. I cannot tell you, how happy and satisfied I am with Gentle Dental Care. This office staff lead by Dr. Lee is outstanding. Everyone has a smile and are so accommodating. My experience, although recent, you can feel their genuinely and outstanding customer service. Not to mention, the skill set needed to perform great dental service!
I look forward to seeing them in 2024 and beyond.

I absolutely love this place! When I first went to them it was to fix a cracked tooth…after I had not been to the dentist for years due to my fear of the dentist. Not only did I make it through having that tooth fixed, but I have been back every 6 months for a cleaning without fail. They understand those of us that have a fear of dental procedures and they work with you to make sure you are relaxed. The front desk staff is also incredible. If you are wary of the dentist - come here!! If you are just looking for a new dentist - come here!!!

I’ve been to many practices in Atlanta and Gentle Dental is hands down the best! Easy scheduling, no wait time, and friendly staff. Their cleanings and checkups are thorough and they don’t push or recommend unnecessary treatments. When Dr. Hahn extracted my wisdom tooth it was painless and seamless - the whole procedure took only a few minutes. I went back to work immediately afterwards. Dr. Lee worked on my filling - he is AWESOME too! I trust Gentle Dental and am grateful for their high level of skill, integrity, and professionalism. I’ve recommended this practice to several of my friends who also love it.
This place is surprisingly modern, clean and welcoming. I admit I hesitated to book as the outside looks closed but that's Peachtree!
The dental hygienist Angela was so efficient, communicative, friendly and had great recommendations that I've already started to implement. Front desk was very nice and even the man who scheduled was accommodating getting me in on a last minute cancellation. I plan to return in 3 months!
My experience is ecstatic every time I come here ! The staff are amazing I appreciate this dental office in every way . Don’t go anywhere else always choose Gentle dental 100% satisfaction everytime ! 5 Stars !!!
